About The Practitioner

	Rumiko Kimura, M.S., L.Ac. is a New York State licensed and New Jersey State and NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist. A Tri-State College of Acupuncture graduate with a Master of Science in Acupuncture with honors. Ms. Kimura was trained in three different styles of acupuncture, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Japanese Acupuncture (KM Style), and Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) which emphasizes myofacial treatment of trigger points. She is also trained in Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture TM. She spent the first 18 years of her life in Japan and the Oriental Medicine has always been a part of her life. She continues to study the Oriental Medicine both in English and Japanese. Rumiko Kimura is a member of ASNY (Acupuncture Society of NY), ASRM (American Society of Reproductive Medicine), and CAN (Community Acupuncture Network).
